Skystorm Production SMS Privacy Policy

Scope: This policy applies to the public Skystorm production SMS signup form and related consent records. It describes this program, not every service or website operated by Skystorm.

Information collected: your name, mobile number, consent wording and policy versions, submission time, signup page address, and staff review history. We also use a short-lived security cookie and a keyed hash derived from the connection address to limit abusive submissions. The application does not store the raw connection address in the consent record. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection information to operate and protect the service.

Use: We use this information to review signup requests, match them to existing production contacts, administer production notifications, honor opt-outs, and maintain evidence of consent. Submitting a request does not create an account or authorize messages to an unverified number automatically.

Service providers: Cloudflare hosts the form and stores the records for Skystorm. When texting is activated, Twilio processes phone numbers, message content, and delivery and opt-out information to deliver the service on our behalf. Access to consent records is restricted to authorized Skystorm staff. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention: We retain consent evidence and review records while needed to administer the SMS program, document permission, honor withdrawals, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Opting out stops future program texts but does not necessarily erase consent history or suppression records.

Your choices: Enrollment is optional. Reply STOP to stop messages, or contact production@skystorm.com to request withdrawal, access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records needed for opt-out enforcement or applicable obligations.

This signup page uses no advertising trackers. Its security cookie expires after two hours. Changes to the program's policies are published on these public pages, and each submission preserves the policy text presented at signup.
